One on one personal training session catered to your individual goals. After an initial assessment, our personal trainer will design a program to help push you to your desired physique. This service pairs well with Venus and Lipolaser for fat/weight loss or Microcurrent and Vacuum Butt Enhancement for muscle building and toning. Each persons ideal protocol will vary and should be discussed during your assessment.
